Modified practice schedule for Week of 12/23 – 12/29

Bronze / Silver Group will meet on Monday at our normal time 5:00pm. No practice on Wednesday or Friday.

Gold Group Training:
Our Gold Group is divided into two different training plans:
MW Group: Quality workouts usually on M/W/F and practice locations are in Steiner Ranch
TTh Group: Quality workouts usually on T/Th/Sa and practice locations are Brushy Creek Sports Park and Downtown Trail (Sa)
However, our athletes are welcome to attend any of our in-person practices. So, feel free to attend any of this week’s practices that fit your holiday schedule.

Gold In-person Meet-ups this week:

Monday (MW Group workouts)
8:00am @ John Simpson Park
4:00pm @ John Simpson Park

Tuesday (TTh Group workouts)
8:00am @ Brushy Creek Sports Park
4:00pm @ Brushy Creek Sports Park

Wednesday: OYO

Saturday: (Unsupervised Meet-up)
7:30am @ Downtown Trail Head

I will be traveling from this coming Wednesday through the end of the week. Please consider the Thursday and Saturday meet-up times / locations to get in your scheduled training runs with your friends and teammates.
