Heats will be organized by seed time. Please provide an appropriate and accurate seed time which can be verified from the last 24 months. Do not use the time you wish you could run…

We will capture times for all runners, but it will be your choice after the race whether or not you want the result posted. This makes it a great opportunity to test your current fitness or try a new pacing strategy without any worries.

After entries close at 5 pm Friday Dec 3, we will organize the heats and post the start times for each race. Please arrive at the start line 5 minutes before your race, warmed-up and ready.
